- Full Refund: If you cancel your service at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund of any deposits or payments made.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- Non-Refundable: Payments for services completed or partially completed are non-refundable.
